Miss Universe Leila Lopez dazzled in a gorgeous custom-made Korto Momolu dress at last night's Miss Universe 2012 Pageant Live at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas
This isn't the only design from Project Runway's Season 5 first runner-up worn by Lopez. She has graced the globe in a few of Korto Momolu designs.
